It's A Vibe...

Every now and then I venture off to my favorite yoga or dance studio in the city for some much needed relaxation and unwinding. These spaces have become my places of peace. They are spaces where I am able to be free, in tune with my thoughts, in touch with my body, and internally aware. So often we move through life scattered and in a rush, neglecting to be still and listen to that keen inner voice that can tell us so much. Yoga, dance, and meditation are all creative and spiritual mediums that I utilize to spend time with my thoughts and my inner voice.
